Any advice on City View, Overhill Rd, SE22

Tillie I think they may be the ones that are currently being denigrated on another thread as the ugliest new building in town?

Sorry I don?t know them myself other than from the outside. I would advise curtains though.

I dont think theyre talking about those flats bren. These arent new, they look sort of 70's. Not terribly attractive I must say but apparently pretty big and airy inside with amazing views of the city funnily enough!

Yes they are Keef, I've seen the spec and they look pretty fab internally. They're also very reasonable. Might look at a bigger one for myself once I've got this house shifted.

depending on the floor and what way the flat is facing you can get some stunning views of london. the top floor flats are set across two floors for example and have balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. this is where i lived once. agree: very spacious and airy (just a long trudge up the hill every day!)
