Excellent massage - recommendation

I treated myself to a fantastic massage yesterday with Chrissie from Mayday massage. Not having had to one for a while my back was feeling rather tense from sports and sitting in front of the pc all day but Chrissie took time to find my problem spots and even included accupuncture.

Having recommended her here a long time ago already I can just say it again: if you are looking for a proper firm massage rather than a soft back rub then this is for you (and no I do not get paid for saying this :) I am just still feeling great and can move my shoulders again properly).

Thanks for the recommendation. I really need a massage, too.

I had one before Christmas, but that was just a soft back rub as you said and I was looking for someone who can do it a bit firmer. So good you mentioned it.

So will definitely book one with Chrissie soon. :-)

As a result of this thread I booked a massage with Chrissie this afternoon and everything angiepangie says. Chrissie adapted the massage as we went along to suit what she found as such and really feel better for it. 1 hour for ?50 but worth a treat and I think she does offers if you book more than 1 at a time. Enjoy!

I have been looking for someone who combines massage and acupuncture for ages and saw this recommendation for Chrissie. After one session my back/shoulders were much more comfortable. It was a proper deep tissue massage and the added bonus was a very good nights sleep afterwards. Thanks Chrissie.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.

    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
