Handyman - Kitchen work, damp and dishwasher fit

I'm seeking some recommendations for a general handyman who can advise & fix a damp wall in our kitchen including fixing the wet/rotten kitchen sideboard round the sink area. Then make room for a dishwasher underneath where a cupboard currently stands. Many thanks.

I would advise against Professional Building Services (Pat), they didn't even turn up for 2 appointments!!

Depending on what you need, would recommend Minns and Langton, who operate in the area. They sorted out the damp in my house, by injecting with damp course materials, t a fraction of the price of a professional dampproofers, but they don't give a certificate, so it depends what you need.
