I like the comment that "those who criticise the proposed chqnges are ignoring the strong support for phase two of ELLE" _ um, no. Its just that we have been here before and will not believe it will happen intil the first ELL train actually arrives. No money has been allocated and with the Stratford Olympics sucking out all of Londons available money for a generation it seems unlikely that there will be funds available for some time to come. Unless of course Tessa of North London wants to keep her seat.
