The firms carry indemnity/insurance - has this been a concern that anyone has? I guess you would only ever find out of there was a problem with a will decades down the line (hopefully) when the will needed to be used. Do you get to keep your will? I'm aware that the local firms file it for you, which is good for safekeeping, but of course guarantees future business when you need to amend or execute! Cheers.
