Recommendation for someone to plaster kitchen/regrout bathroom?

We are putting our flat on the market and we really need someone to come in and do a few jobs for us to make it look nice:

Plaster a wall in the kitchen (where we had a boiler removed)

Regrout and stick two tiles on in the bathroom

Cement loose tiles lining path outside

(Photo attached of what needs doing)

Can anyone recommend someone who could ideally do all of these jobs for us asap?
