Where to go for wallpaper and paint?

For paint, I have just found Whites, 42 Brockley Rise, SE23 1LJ. They have given me lots of advice, prices seem good, and they do free delivery.

Not sure as I don't know how much good quality wallpaper costs. I am renovating my house so just have a pot for decorating in general.
