shaunag
Hi. We are considering Childcare options for when I go back to work after no2. I have a three year old also. The cost of nursery for two is eye watering, so I'm wondering if a live in nanny is comparable cost-wise. Does anyone have any experiences of a live in nanny? If so, how did you find it? Re costs, is it similar to a nanny share or much more? Our situation is complicated by the fact that my son may need surgery (possibly two) so I might need someone at home with him while he recovers from it (I would be there for a few weeks but wouldn't want him with other kids until he is well and truly healed). Any advice would be gratefully received! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/41973-live-in-nannyanyone-done-it/ Share on other sites

nomes770
Dear Shaunag and Norfolkvillas Would you mind Pm me any information you have on live-in nannies as we are also considering this as an option as I plan to return to full time work when my son is 6 or 7 months old? Also has anyone come across live-in options where the nanny only lives with you Monday to Friday ie so you have the house to yourselves at weekends? Thanks in advance Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/41973-live-in-nannyanyone-done-it/#findComment-727919 Share on other sites
