hat282 Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 This is not self certifiable work for a FENSA installer as it involves the removal of brickwork ( so is not a like for like for like replacement) and so would still come under the remit of Building Control for sign off to show compliance with building regs. Just want to make sure it's all done properly as the last builder I got to look at it said 'no one cares about building regs'!!
