Purchasing a property- surveyor required

Hello

can anyone recommend a surveyor ? I would like a home buyers/ building survey conducted. I've tried to contact Alan Jackson but he is on holiday.

Alan Jackson, just did ours, has been surveying in ED for over 20 years, would recommend.

Mortimer and Carey in Sidcup did ours and may have more availability being a bit further out - they were very quick with our booking a couple of years ago and a fast turnaround on the report.

I have used David Puttock of DJ Consulting before, and also for a party wall surveyor as have had building work going on next door..they couldn't have been more helpful, and know their stuff! They certainly have been a huge help. [email protected]

Spencer Carroll at Lighthouse Surveyors (www.lighthousesurveyors.com). We just used him and he was wonderful. Extremely thorough and took a lot of time with us to speak about the issues with the property.
