We already have Godwin's Law", namely that as an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1. Perhaps there should be an EDF Class Law providing that as an EDF discussion grows longer, the probability of an argument about class approaches 1.

@ Roundabout - if that is a question rather than a statement then the answer is yes, certainly in the early seventies ie: 42 yrs ago it was, as I had a Saturday job there, but defected to the Co-op next door (now the row of estate agents) as they offered me Friday evenings as well!!!!!!!

    • These have reduced over the years, are "perfect" lives Round Robins being replaced by "perfect" lives Instagram posts where we see all year round how people portray their perfect lives ?    The point of this thread is that for the last few years, due to issues at the mail offices, we had delays to post over Christmas. Not really been flagged as an issue this year but I am still betting on the odd card, posted well before Christmas, arriving late January.
