M&S flowers for Mothers' day

I gather from a M&S blog which I found last night that I am not the only Mother/Granny not to receive their Mothers' Day flowers yesterday.

I was in all day but none were delivered. I only discovered that some flowers had been ordered when one of my children phoned last night and asked if I had liked the flowers!

I am not sure if this was a local or a national failure, but I am writing here in case there are others locally who think that they were forgotten! it is difficult to ask 'where are my flowers' isn't it!

Very sad as one depends on M&S for a reliable service.

thanks for that 73 ,my mum usually gets flowers from one of my overseas siblings and I was wondering if he'd forgotten . He always uses M&S .

It must have been a local thing. I used M&S for a flower delivery yesterday - but delivery was to Cardiff. They were delivered before lunch.
