WANTED: Good Cleaner Recommendation(s)

Happy Monday all. I'm desperate to replace our current cleaner, as although she's been working for us for some time and has been asked on a number of occasions to up her game, complacency has taken hold too tightly. I'm a stickler for cleanliness & attention to detail (AKA OCD of the mild variety), so am looking for someone with good references who is reliable, hard working, and actually cares about their job. I'm not bothered about nationality, so long as communicating in English isn't a challenge! Note: I am seeking recommendations, not self promotion, so please - no touting! Hope someone can help.
