Mick Mac
It appears to me that houses are taking longer to go under offer than they were perhaps in Q1 this year/H2 last year. There is definitely a hint of the market finally slowing down. speedbird
I think you're right Mic Mac, though unsure whether it's because houses are coming back on the market after the panic buying over the last six months. Seems like several houses have an offer made, drags on for a couple of months, then back on. I know since I'm looking for a small house for my Mum and it has been difficult. Fingers crossed, now I'll find her something! Mick Mac
That affordability thread began to bore the ass off me several pages ago. Jeremy
You're right, I can't physically read the latest posts without falling into a coma.Anyway, I'm sure you're right... but mainly because of the crazy asking prices. If vendors/agents weren't determined to push the prices higher with every house which comes onto the market, then they'd still be selling like hot cakes.(what are "hot cakes"?)
