But you might find yourself in the wrong borough. The Southwark market is in NorthCROSS Rd. I think NorthCOTE road is Clapham or Battersea or something - Lambeth anyway?

If you do mean Northcote Rd rather than North Cross Rd, you have to apply to Wandsworth Council.
