builder recommendation

I am looking for a buy to let house that potentially will need some work doing.

One of the properties I've seen will need a new kitchen, bathrooms, garden design, painting/cosmetics - done to basic good standard, hard wearing.

I am looking for a builder, who will be able to get the work done quickly. Someone who has done this type of renovation and can make suggestions. With good references. With this example, it would be helpful to give a rough estimate, to start in a month or 2.
