Repair to Victorian plaster ceiling rose

Can anyone recommend a person or company to repair a partly damaged, mostly intact, decorative plaster ceiling rose? Many thanks

may be cheaper to just chisel it off and stick a new one up ?

Plough DIY has a large selection, I just installed a Victorian stylee one from there, 1/2hr job.
