Heathrow to Dulwich in rush hour

I've got to drive from Heathrow back to ED on this coming Friday am - starting from Heathrow at about 06.30 to 07.00...

* will I hit the rush hour into London?

* I'd usually come all the way in to Vauxhall Bridge and come through Camberwell but is there a better way at this time?

We usually come across Chelsea bridge, then up through Clapham Old Town, Acre Lane, Herne Hill. It can be a little slow through Earls Court where the lanes narrow, but the rest of the way we've never (touch wood) found it too bad.
