mum1901
HiOur offer on a house has just been accepted. The estate agent has now asked us to provide details of our mortgage advisor and solicitor. I wanted some advice on how to go about getting a good solicitor who charges reasonable fees. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Loz
Whatever you don't don't use any that the estate agent recommend. If you don't have a mortgage yet (which I imagine, as you've had the offer accepted, you do), then PM me and I can give you the name of a good broker. Pugwash
We used William Bailey in Lordship Lane when dealing with selling parents in law house, buying a house in Sussex as well as various legal issues around our house in ED Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/44868-solicitor/#findComment-750785 Share on other sites
egoode
I'm currently using Glazer Delmar (they're on North Cross Road) for a house purchase in the area that has been a long and drawn out process and they have been brilliant with responding to emails and calls promptly. justtinw
Randomly I used Leah from a firm on south wales - Greame John limited. They were very reasonable and they service she provided was excellent. I would happily recommend them if you want the details. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/44868-solicitor/#findComment-752360 Share on other sites
