Ulverscroft Road and Crystal Palace Road have joined forces to organise what should be a fabulous street party event - we will have a bouncy castle; face painting; glitter tattoos; food & drink and live bands (thanks to The Goose Is Out)!

This is for adults as well as children, so please come along and join us 12-6pm Sunday 1st June.

Please just bring a bit of food / drink to share with your neighbours.

We will also be raising money for charity (Evelina Children's Hospital) so please spare a few pennies if you see a collection tin :)

Hope to see you there

Big Thank You to all the organizers..

Big Thank you to Sue & Nygel for organising some great music.

A great time had by all and good to see my neighbours out in force

giving their support.

Sunday can be such a dull day. A little bit of brightness despite the Sun disappearing.

Foxy.

Thanks to The Goose Is Out for organising the fab bands, Tippeetoes for supplying the bouncy castle and Eos Dance, K&O pest control, LiveLoveLocal loyalty card scheme and The Glitter Tattoo station for contributing towards the cost :)

Thanks obviously to everyone who came along to support and bring food etc. too! The stewed chicken & rice and strawberry tarts were particularly delicious...

    • You can get a card at the till, though, to get the discount. You don't have to carry it with you (or load it onto your phone), you can just get a different card each time. Not sure what happens if they notice 🤣
    • Yes..that may be the case but membership STARTING at £115 a month is still unafforable for many. Council gyms also have a large range of equipment and I had a  PT at Dulwich leisure centre when I was in Full Time employment who was incredible and even kept in contact during lockdown giving me a program I could do at home and checking in weekly at no charge or personal gain for herself. I dont doubt that Fit For may be a good gym (Its been in situ long enough so must be doing something right) However the cost of membership means it is affordable for the few not the many. If I could afford that kind of fee I would rather get a train to Canary Wharf and go to Virgin active where theres a pool and incredible classes and facilities
    • This sounds great 👍
    • We found a red TREK bike yesterday that had clearly been stolen and dumped. Would love to reunite it with its owner. Get in touch if you know whose it is.
