Solicitor wanted for advice on a Ltd company split

Can anyone recommend a solicitor I can speak to for some general advice on dissolving a small limited company due to differences between partners? At this stage we just need to speak to someone to find out where we both stand legally, and to try and find the least acrimonious approach for all concerned.

  We went the day after it reopened and there was a lot of grit on the steps into to pool. The water was lovely and warm, but a few days later it was really cold!
