Dulwich PULSE BOOTCAMP


Brand new booty camp designed by top personal trainer, Jennifer Mbazira. The camp is designed for all fitness levels and for both men and women who are looking to take their fitness to the next level.


Whatever your level of fitness, the camp will look to challenge you mentally, physically, spiritually, through a series of full body conditioning workouts.


The camp includes:


Cardio

Strength training

Body weight training

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Core conditioning

Stretching


Dulwich Pulse Bootcamp kicks off on the week beginning 15th/09/14.


Mondays: 09:30 - 10:30am Dulwich Park - Cafe


Wednesdays 09:30 - 10:30am Peckham Rye Common - Cafe


Fridays: 09:30 - 10:30am Peckham Rye Common - Cafe


Saturdays: 10:00 - 11:00am Peckham Rye Common - Cafe


Sundays: 10:00 - 11:00am Dulwich Park - Cafe

Though there may not be one in August, as many people will be away  Also, depending what you are into, there is a Singaround upstairs at The Castle in Crystal Palace Road on the second Sunday of the month.     • I mean if its going on for a long time I would think just having a talk to them over coffee would help.seems like they are freehold owners if they've been living there for a long time so i would advise not reporting them to the police since you will be stuck with them for a long time to come
