We haven't had any internet since yesterday morning but their advice (when we finally managed to get through to Customer services) was "switch the plug off and see what happens"!! We also get our TV channels from them and the Digibox has been showing an error message from around the same time the internet stopped working. I tried to call them this morning but they anticipated a 30 minute wait due to the "high volume of calls", so maybe we are not the only ones!
