1 SPACE has come up for the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction)workshop on SATURDAY 12TH JULY with Jonathan Clark at The Goose Green Clinic SE22

1.30 to 4.30pm

Flyer attached.

Please come and join us for the afternoon. It's a great way of spending a few hours and will give you a little moment of peace and calm. You will practice simple mindfulness techniques to help manage stress and experience greater wellbeing. This is an Introductory/refresher workshop for those interested in learning more about Mindfulness or wanting to refresh their meditation skills.

  Friend recommends Penge Cycle Club. Southwark Cyclists usually do two social cycle rides on Saturday, you don't need to be a member (London Cycling Campaign) but recommended. They are advertised on the What's On section of EDF. And you can go on their other Borough group rides, Lewisham Cyclists often do long rides. Generally very cycle friendly around here, despite occasional on line hostility.

  This Italian restaurant at the Southbound Goose Green bus stop on Lordship Lane is excellent but doesn't seem to get much custom, especially at lunchtimes - a sad indictment of East Dulwich society. If it were in Camberwell/Peckham (where I used to live) it would be rammed. If we don't want Lordship Lane full of chains, then good quality independent family places need custom.
