spark67
We reached a point this year when we looked at our apartment we have lived in for 8 years and had it valued ( for a ridiculously high amount) And had a ponder about wether to sell up and get a house somewhere cheaper (we could never afford a house here, even with the equity from our home.) After a while we realised that we have such friendly neighbours, and love using Lordship lane where we regularly bump into people we know, that we thought why should we move to somewhere where we might not have any of those things just for the sake of an extra room and some stairs. So have decided to stay put.Everywhere I have lived in London in the past 18 years has had a mix of nice and not so nice people, I suppose I have been fortunate to meet more of the former.
