Alan Medic
Dining room chair with pale fabric covered seat has a nice yellow stain on it, now dried. Help..........It's in a house we were visiting and the owners (nephew and wife) are away in Brazil. adonirum
AM, I had this problem with a pair of jeans a few years back and just could not get rid. Still there to this day and now only use them for gardening. I was told way back when that it used to be used as a dye for fabrics, hence is impossible to remove. Like yourself, would be interested if anyone does know otherewise. srisky
Leave it in direct sunlight for a few days - lots of stains disappear this way: lily pollen, baby poo (all incidentally yellow!). I've not had to try with turmeric but you never know...
