Wanted: Victorian Stone Corbels Under Ledge

Hi there,

I did ask this question in another part of the forum but didn't get the answer I was seeking despite many helpful replies. I am looking for someone who has either fitted or used a builder to add/replace Victorian-design exterior stone corbels which sit under the window ledge (example pic attached). I believe they may be load-bearing and The Plough only sells interior plaster ones. I need to stress that I don?t really want to make my own with a mould and I have tried Whitten Timber and all DIY/build centres in the area, and I have Googled ?Corbels? and it?s not as helpful as you?d think sadly. So any personal recommendations of builders or places that sell them ready-made to be fitted would be great.

Thanks.

They are definitely not plaster - stone or cast concrete and they seem virtually impossible to find. We tried lots of places but they seem to all be interior (eg plough etc). If you do have any luck tracking any down I'd be interested to hear about it

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
