Our vendor used http://www.dampworks.com/.

this is because we stipulated the following:

The work would need to be carried out Contractor who will fully comply with BS6576 and that they employee a surveyor with CSRT or CTIS CRDS qualifications to carry out the work (and preferably would be a member of the Property Care Association (PCA)).

We would want the work that is carried out to come with a Guarantee which is insurance backed, able to be transferred to any future owner and that the guarantee covers the workmanship as well as the products used and that the same contractor undertakes the new DPC and the associated re-plastering

    • These have reduced over the years, are "perfect" lives Round Robins being replaced by "perfect" lives Instagram posts where we see all year round how people portray their perfect lives ?    The point of this thread is that for the last few years, due to issues at the mail offices, we had delays to post over Christmas. Not really been flagged as an issue this year but I am still betting on the odd card, posted well before Christmas, arriving late January.
