I've had it with Virgin Media. I want to jump ship. Any recommendations?

We stream the occasional film on lovefilm and use iplayer from time to time. No need for massive speeds.

BT expensive , reliable.

Plusnet. Owned by BT but about a zillion times cheaper.

Watch out for monthly download limits, especially if you use Netflix. Virgin is, at least, unlimited.

Liking Zen Internet fibre package so far, independent and friendly, but not the cheapest. When I was looking into it before plusnet seemed like the next best deal IIRC.

Haven't really shopped around but BT is solid and fast. Their smart talk app is good as well if you travel. And they chuck in BT Sport if that's a factor for you.
