Plumber recommendation

Hi there, I just wanted to recommend Darren from Castle plumbing. I have just used him for the second time and he was fantastic. He did another excellent job where he was keen to repair rather than just instantly replace, was very prompt and left the flat extremely tidy. I would highly recommend his service. He can be contacted through 07538723971.

Darren from Castle Plumbing was great. 07538 723 971. He came and fixed my toilet for me this afternoon and didn't charge call-out as it was only a quick job. We agreed between 12 and 1pm and he popped me a text 15mins before he arrived. Fixed the toilet no problem. I'm also a landlord and was chatting to him about costs for re-doing my bathroom and his rates are very competitive. He'll be the first person I call for any plumbing needs in the future!
I would also like to recommend Darren. He installed a tap and fixed a radiator for me. He arrived as arranged and gave me a call 15mins beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was efficient and friendly and it was all sorted out faster than I expected. I will be more than happy to use him again.

Hi,

Maurice just came and installed my shower today.

He charged ?60 in total which included, looking at the old shower (I've had it repaired before and it was definitely un-rescue-able), driving me to a plumbing shop, and installing a new shower. He is smiley, polite, patient and most importantly, does an excellent job with no stress and, given the time he dedicated to the job, a small fee!

His number is 07720 948 273.

Another recommendation for Darren/Castle Plumbing. Darren just finished re-fitting our bathroom from start to finish.

Darren removed everything from our old bathroom, fitted new piping, installed new dry wall, installed the bath, tiled walls + floors, installed toilet/basin/shower. We are delighted with our new bathroom. He is very professional and fair, and was always available to answer any questions we had.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at a new bathroom.

    • I do hope NOT, wouldn't trust Farage as far as I could throw him, Starmer & co.  He's backed by GB News which focus's predominantly on immigration while the BBC focus predominantly on the Israel - Gazza conflict.
    • Everyone gets the point that Corbynites try to make with the "total number of votes cast" statistic, it's just a specious one.  In 2017, Corbyn's Labour got fewer votes than May's Tories (both the percentage of votes and aggregate number of votes). In 2019, Corbyn's Labour fewer votes than Johnson's Tories (both the percentage of votes and aggregate number of votes); and he managed to drop 2.7 million votes or 6.9% of vote share between the two elections. I repeat, he got trounced by Boris F***ing Johnson and the Tories after the Brexit omnishambles. It is not true that a "fairer" electoral system would have seen Labour beat the Tories: Labour simply got fewer votes than the Tories. Corbyn lost twice. There is no metric by which he won the general election. His failure to win was a disaster for the UK, and let Johnson and Truss and Sunak into office. Corbynites have to let go of this delusion that Corbyn but really won somehow if you squint in a certain way. It is completely irrelevant that Labour under Corbyn got more votes than Labour under Starmer. It is like saying Hull City was more successful in its 2014 FA Cup Final than Chelsea was in its 2018 FA Cup Final, because Hull scored 2 goals when Chelsea only scored 1. But guess what - Chelsea won its game and Hull City lost. Corbyn's fans turned out to vote for him - but an even larger group of people who found him repellant were motivated enough to show up and vote Tory.
    • I guess its the thing these days to demonstrate an attitude, in this instance seemingly of the negative kind, instead of taking pride in your work and have standards then 🤷‍♀️
