Wanted: Fridge/Freezer Repair

My Siemens fridge/freezer alarm has been going off all weekend. Does anyone know of a reliable person who might be able to diagnose problem? Have already spoken to Siemens skeleton w/e helpline and they just told me to turn it off for an hour...to no avail.
