2 strong people needed on Sunday / Monday morning

We are moving house and have a couple of heavy white goods which we need to bring down from our third floor flat into a van. My husband has a slipped disc and can't do any heavy lifting.

Can anyone recommend 2 people who could do this. It will probably take about an hour and just needs to be taken down the stairs into a van on the street. We'd be looking to do this any time before midday on Sunday (or possibly Monday)
