As for judo, that was papa Dogger cadet seaboy practiced on knocking him clean out at one point.

Klingon, I think not but I always wanted to know why all aliens spoke perfect American English wherever kirk and co went in the universe.

A trawl of the tintinet has many theories for who Missy is, the Master, River Song in the library ( with the Dalek plunger) Lucy Saxon or maybe, just maybe the Doctor himself regenerated as a woman.

Either could be true and I guess I will need to give the series a bit longer before judging it
