8-week course in Mindfulness and Self-Understanding

This 8-week course is aimed at looking a little deeper into mindfulness and meditation than what you might find on a standard mindfulness course. I will introduce you to a variety of meditation techniques and practices drawn from the Zen tradition designed to explore what it means to have an understanding of yourself and the nature of reality.

You don't need to have any previous meditation experience - only a keen desire or intention to know more about who you really are!

Course starts Friday 24th October 18:30-20:30 @ ZenYoga Camberwell

Continues every Friday until 12th December

Optional (but highly recommended) 1-day retreat on Sat 29th November 11:00-17:00

Cost: ?230; includes all the course materials and recorded guided meditations for you to practice at home.

1-day retreat cost is ?40. Or take advantage of my special offer of 8-week course + day retreat for ?250.

    • Hey everyone, Just a quick heads up for those who might not be aware: there's a new law in England that took effect in April. Essentially, if you're involved in any building or planning projects, you now need to meet certain biodiversity quotas.  I stumbled upon this handy assessment tool that can determine whether you're exempt or need to meet the requirements. Hopefully, it eases your worries too! Check it out here: https://www.joesblooms.com/bng-tool

    • This Italian restaurant at the Southbound Goose Green bus stop on Lordship Lane is excellent but doesn't seem to get much custom, especially at lunchtimes - a sad indictment of East Dulwich society.  If it were in Camberwell/Peckham (where I used to live) it would be rammed. If we don't want Lordship Lane full of chains, then good quality independent family places need custom.
