No previous experience of this kind of yoga required (Kundalini Yoga), or of the mantras in the singing....

All details below (or about me and my regular classes go to http://nataliefishwick.co.uk/):

A Special Evening to Raise Your Vibration - Open Your Heart & Expand Your Aura

This is a ?7? year in Tantric Numerology (2014= 2+0+1+4=7) ? a year to connect with your divine light by singing and chanting. The Auric Body/7th Body in Kundalini Yoga is strengthened by filling up your electromagnetic field with YOUR sound current, your unique vibration. This not about singing or chanting "well", rather it's about letting it come from your heart. If you have issues about using your voice in public then I invite you to let them go in this safe space and sing your heart out! YES!!!

The evening will start (led by Natalie/Dev Sujjan) with a fairly gentle Kundalini Yoga kriya (postures) to expand the Aura, the life force container that protects you physically, mentally and emotionally, and projects your beautiful radiance into the energy field around you. Then more good vibrations with a short Gong Bath.

This will be followed by group singing and chanting using Sacred sounds and mantras from various traditions and languages with Illumina.

Throughout history, Sacred Chants and Mantras have been used to increase our connection with the Divine - to bring more Joy, Fulfilment and Healing into our lives. ILLUMINA (Lila & Anaam) are two divinely inspired musicians who use the mediums of Sacred Sound and Mantra to reconnect to the still, silent presence of our divine nature.

    • Pickup your dogs shit off the street, it's so simple. Don't own a dog if you cannot do this basic service. Pathetic. Cleaning my shoes of dog shit for the 2nd time this month. What's going on?
    • Hi SpringTime, I completely understand the concern for protecting birds, but using bells on cats is a bit more complicated. While they may reduce hunting success, they're not always effective & can cause stress for some cats, who are highly sensitive to sound. A better solution is to ensure cats are kept indoors during peak bird activity & providing plenty of enrichment at home to satisfy their hunting instincts. There's a terrible misconception that cats do not require as much mental & physical enrichment as dogs do. But they do, if not more so.
    • But we can train them to kill the foreign invaders, green sqwaky things, and the rats with feathers
    • Hi Nigello, Many spayed/neutered & microchipped cats actually don't wear collars, as they often go missing & can pose risks.  Microchipping is far more reliable for reuniting lost cats with their guardians. Some of our clients even keep sacks of collars on standby because their cats frequently return without them - a comical but telling example of how impractical collars can be. A major contributor to unspayed/unneutered cats & kittens is purchasing from breeders, where these measures are often overlooked. Adopting from shelters, on the other hand, ensures all precautionary steps - like spaying/neutering, microchipping, as well as vaccinations - are already in place.
