Do you have a burning ambition to compete in an obstacle course race (OCR) such as Tough Mudder or a short, medium or long distance running event ranging from 5k to a full marathon? Here at Greg Ring personal training I specialise in training clients wanting to take part in such events having competed in various events myself.

This would be the 14th strike by the doctors’ union since March 2023. The ostensible reason was pay but now the dispute may be over without more increases to salary levels. The Government has instead made an offer to do something about the other big issue for early career doctors - working conditions and specialist training places.
