What's the fabulously posh one called, I think it's Cloe

"Ohhhh maaa goaaad, I woan't letccchhh yo dowaaaaan" in that slightly echoey, drawn out posh drawl

Just for that, she's in

Cheryl looks amazingly Cheryl like/ Tulisa looks tragicly 'clown like' bless her

Louis and Simon are just hilarious, in thier own weird way

chloe was in xfactor aaages ago, but all vidoes on youtube have mysteriously dissappeared, there is one of her on This Morning....same accent....

Siomn has so much botox he's become a Stepford Wife style simulcrum of Simon, Tulisa, why would you do that, you're young and beautiful albeit stupd and annoying, botox just doesn't make anyonme look good though does it. Horribly uncanny valley stuff.

On the posh accent barrometer

I think just like all accents are evolving here. That particular one is what I call "PR/PA Posh" and I hear it most in the Food PR industry

Conversely, in my other life, where I wear a 'design' hat, the posh accent is different. Higher, soft, less deep

Bloody good fun tho, either way

I wasn't seeing things was I ?

The boy from the boy band, wearing frames with no lenses in his specs

Hilarious propping, or fantastic anti-glare

And 'those girlz' with the doll vibe and the annnnnnooooyyyyyyinggg-g nasally accent, I shall miss them

"oh yeah, we're gonna carry on..."

Lastly, the one who scraped through, who is perfeft CBB's presenter material. I swear she mouthed "Oh f*ck I got through"

Haa...ha...it's fantasticly bonker crap TV and perfect as Winter closes in

Whilst Blonde Electra were perfomranig I waas reminded of Jim Hackers Party Political Broadcast.

If you have a radical agenda then you go for a staid, traditional formal backdrop, if you have nothing to say then you go with the dazzling new and exciting backdrop.

All those bright colours, dancing girls and elephants were making up for the fact that they weren't zany ata ll, thy were just boring.

Having said that I'd rather them than the girl that survived who won't last another wek anyway.

Stevie on the other hand...the new Wagner!!!

That may well be by thought a few of the acts were completely swamped by them too.

Anyway, early predictions for final 3?

Chloe will bomb out when they etll her to change her schtick and she tries to do a perky abba number.

So I'm thinking Itlain fella, maybe van driver and perhaps welsh bloke, geordie lass perhaps?

Fleur seemed an absolute natural, so that'll be week 3 then!!

Yeah, fair point. "It's a shit business".

She chose her primetime ratings side when she went on Doctor Who though. Perhaps ITV took it personally..?

    • A new roadmap (surely railmap?!) for rail accessibility has been published: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/accessible-railways-roadmap It says "approximately 56% of stations and around 66% of the 1.3 billion journeys that take place on the network have step-free access to platforms...  "£373 million has been committed over the next 5 years to deliver Access for All projects, providing step-free access from station entrances to and between platforms, alongside other essential accessibility upgrades. These works, together, will increase the number of step-free stations across Great Britain from 56% to 58%. "This improvement will make travel easier with step-free access available at stations covering an increased share of total rail journeys – from 66% up to 71%" Don't know what that means for us here: upgrading Peckham Rye would cover a lot of rail journeys but the cost has no doubt increased from the £40m figure previously quoted. So that would eat into a lot of the funding.
    • It's not really though, is it. It's practical.  At least we're allowed Christmas lights.

    • I would recommend the Dulwich Test and Service centre that used to be in Hindemanns road and then moved to the little Trading Estate off Tyrrel Road. I've used them very happily for nearly 40 years. Paul and Reg Shires.
