I think white gold is plated with rhodium now and has to be replated as it wears .

I have a white gold ring ,it's never been particularly shiny and I've never had it " dipped " .

Yes, I get my white gold rings replated from time to time - my jeweller (in NZ, so no use to you whatsoever!) uses rhodium.


I would try the jeweller on Upland Road, as mentioned by another poster. They are lovely, and if they can't do it there they will facilitate it being done in Hatton Garden.
