Anyone know what is going on with the Herne Hill junction?

I work in Soho. With the 176 eternally slow and the LB/ChX route all over the place I now find that the 37/Victoria line route is stuffed by traffic at Herne Hill.

I assume it's due to road works. Anyone know for how long? Never had such a hard time getting to work...

I believe it's because Turney Road is closed so all traffic is being diverted, but stand to be corrected. We cycle our son to and from nursery in Herne Hill and the roads are pretty treacherous, especially in the rain!

Have you tried 185 to Oval, Northern line to Leics Sq?

turney road closed until 19th November ( I think I was that as it was raining). Unbelievable knock on effect with traffic.

Yes I do that one occasionally. Sometimes DH/Vic Line/Ox Circ can work okay, too

What WOD says. It is a complete nightmare at the moment. Adds 30 mins to my journey in the morning.
