Please helppp!my dyson handheld hoover just stopped working.What I can do now-call the place where I bought it from or call dyson directly?

It may cut out if it overheats because of a blockage or if the filter needs cleaning (my cylinder model does this). Does it feel hot to you? If so, check for blockages, let it cool down completely and then try again.

There are also videos on Youtube which might help.

If all else fails, read the manual...

Hi,it's clean+the filter.it's not hot,just doesn't work.it might be the charger but not sure.
