Has anyone made lactation cookies recently and can offer some brewers yeast?

A friend has asked me to make her some lactation cookies, which need brewers yeast and flaxseed meal.

I can order these online but that will take a couple of days.

If you had a couple of tbsp to spare of each then I would be very grateful! Alternatively if you know of any stockists locally (I will call health matters in the morning!)
