Dulwich Born And Bred
I can't leave my house to attend my midwife appointment because there are lots of narrow concrete stairs leading to the door and onto the footpath and naturally the stairs are not gritted, we only have one hand rail also and it is on the wrong side (there are bushes in the way so the handrail is useless). In 1991 the council gritted our stairs but not this year! It looks really icy outside but the pavements have been gritted. alla
Old people are more vunerable. The council's duty is to protect them Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/5147-southwark-footpath-gritting-priority/#findComment-164752 Share on other sites
