So three Christian groups are going to put these banners on buses:

"There definitely is a God. So join the Christian Party and enjoy your life."

"There IS a God, BELIEVE. Don't worry and enjoy your life."

"The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God"

I have to admit my first reaction was to think of complaining to the Advertising Standards Authority because a) the atheist bus campaign had to put the word "probably" in their ad to stop offending people, these guys don't b) they're stating something that's unproven (like an ageing cream stating it will make you younger) and c) the last one is calling me a fool, which is rather rude. But it's petty to complain for the sake of it so I won't but in my opinion it shows how the church can get away with saying things unchallenged and how sad it is that this apparent great omnipresent, all seeing being that rules the universe has to promote itself on the side of a bus.

I ought to clarify that I doctored the above image and that God was in no way involved

Perhaps not Mark but I think I see Beelzeebub's hand at work here.

I suggest you spend some time on the repentance step.

Crikey Mark it gets worse , first Beelzeebub now George Bush, next you'll be telling me Andrew Castle just walked in.

I suggest you lob holy water balloons at them and take sanctuary in a church.

Or a pub, whichever's nearer.

    • Hope all the ‘high streets for people’ events went well! Very short notice probably for people living in the area and on a very hot day!  James McAsh just doesn’t know what to do next with Southwark Council Tax payers money. He advocates the few streets in the area that has a bus service and then shuts the routes down! Very annoying for people who want to go about their daily business and have already had restrictions brought in by McAsh.
    • Thank goodness for Greg. I had an awful situation whereby I was notified that water was leaking from my flat into the flat below me. I was 150 miles away at the time and had a panicked journey home not knowing what I was going to face.   I called Greg (after seeing reviews on the forum) as soon as I arrived home in the evening and he arrived just after 10pm and was able to shut off the problem. He had to come back to finalise the job which turned out to be caused in a communal area whereby there was a blockage in the stack pipe.   Greg worked quickly, efficiently and informed me every step of the way as to what he was doing and why. He also cleaned up really well afterwards.  Greg's charges are very reasonable and he will definitely be my "go-to" if I have any other plumbing issues in the future.
