Who is the owner of this fine vehicle? and does anyone know the reason it's been marooned on the pavement for ages?

I think that part of the 'pavement' is actually private property as with all the other shops along LL. Probably explains why it hasn't been removed.

I was only thinking about that car the other day. It's been there so long yet I hardly really notice it, like it's just part of the pavement and a completely normal place to be. I wonder if the person who parked it there intended to leave it there. Would anyone even notice if it was taken away. I also wonder why I've wasted so much time thinking about it...

Who would one contact to enquire about this situation? I believe that it would be in everybody's best interests if this car was to be abolished.
