jim_the_chin
i'm 6 months into challenging a nursery drop-off ticket. 'escorted alighting' should be the challenge but Southwark weren't having it so I've gone to the independent adjudicator. I should hear next week if you're interested. PeckhamRose
I really wish you the best of luck, having "gotten away with" (been found innocent with no evidence) two tickets recently.I would also strongly suggest (and this is a matter of a lot of people) people power going to community councils when there are parking people there (and they often attend) to discuss this sort of situation.
