Does anybody use EE broadband

I'm thinking of changing to EE from Plusnet (though haven't done the haggling thing with Plusnet yet) but I'm worried about their poor reviews for customer service. Plusnet have always been good in this respect.

Is anybody with EE for broadband and if so has your experience been good or bad?

when it works it works fine but I find the customer services at EE totally appalling (and you will be waiting a long time on the phone and the hold music is astonishingly LOUD)

Moving broadband accounts is a hassle and it's working fine so I'm not moving, but I couldn't really recommend anyone move specifically to them

Thanks SJ, I'll see if I can get a better deal with Plusnet than what they've presently offered, then.

Asking for a MAC code may focus their minds - I hope :)
