Recommended Posts

Instead of saying New Year, New You and then forgetting all about it within a week, why not give Bear Drills Fitness a try and see how easy it can be to change your habits beyond short term resolutions.

Bear Drills is a community based, indoor fitness class that aims to help people of all ages and abilities become a healthy, active individual. Bear Drills aims to help you set goals and achieve theses whether they be New Year resolutions or long-standing targets.

Bear Drills is for people who want to:

Boost body confidence

Move more

Not be out of breath at the top of the stairs

Be part of a team

Become stronger, fitter and faster

Throw tyres, lift sand bags, slam ropes (all the fun stuff you don't do at your gym)

Bear Drills is held in Dulwich Constitutional Hall, every Thursday from 7-8pm. If you want to see what Bear Drills involves check out our Facebook page for some action shots.

Sessions cost ?7 or you can take advantage of the block-booking offer and get 5 sessions for ?30!

For your free trial session email Tom at [email protected] or alternatively tweet @bear_drills and quote 'I'm going on a bear hunt'.

Check Out the Facebook page (and like to keep up to date!) by searching Bear Drills Fitness and follow on Instagram @bear_drills_fitness.

It's a daunting task to start a new class but please don't be scared, Bear Drills is a fun and friendly class that is welcoming to all.

I would highly recommend Tom and his local Bear Drills classes! They are fun but always feel like you've had a great workout by the end! You get the attention and advice from him you wouldn't normally expect from group sessions - definitely worth it! S

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
