Hi Everyone,

I am introducing two new classes this year at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic.

Mondays - 6.45pm (all levels - SPACES AVAILABLE); 8.00pm (all levels - ONE SPACE)

Wednesdays - 6.45pm (all levels - FULL); 8.00pm (beginners - FULL)

277 Crystal Palace Road

East Dulwich

SE22 9JH

?44 to sign up for a 4 week block

?12.50 per class drop-in rate (subject to availability)

Classes start on Monday 26th January and Wednesday 28th January, respectively.

These are small, intimate classes which can accommodate a maximum number of six students so there is a lot of scope for individual attention. The class includes a mixture of Vinyasa (flowing and active) and Yin yoga (slower, more meditative) styles, and always includes pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) which is a great way to de-stress and calm the mind.   Thank you, this really made me chuckle. It's like you met my brother as he would be the one taking more than his share. Plus the 'pikey' chutney is a winner. Unusual as in can't be identified??? Sadly I'm not the host otherwise I would definitely do that I regularly shop in the Cheese Block and am a fan. But as people have pointed out, there is no cheese shop that charges less based on bulk, so Aldi unusual cheeses may be what the familam receive! Yay, so I can get discounted mouse nibbled cheese still! Oooo, now I do love a Stinking Bishop. It actually offends my stepmum by it's stinkiness but luckily she is not one of the attendees at this particular gathering. This is blooming genius. It's actually my partner who has the biggest issue with buying in plastic so I will have to hide the wrappers from him!
