Hi Everyone,

I am introducing two new classes this year at Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic.

Mondays - 6.45pm (all levels - SPACES AVAILABLE); 8.00pm (all levels - ONE SPACE)

Wednesdays - 6.45pm (all levels - FULL); 8.00pm (beginners - FULL)

277 Crystal Palace Road

East Dulwich

SE22 9JH

?44 to sign up for a 4 week block

?12.50 per class drop-in rate (subject to availability)

Classes start on Monday 26th January and Wednesday 28th January, respectively.

These are small, intimate classes which can accommodate a maximum number of six students so there is a lot of scope for individual attention. The class includes a mixture of Vinyasa (flowing and active) and Yin yoga (slower, more meditative) styles, and always includes pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) which is a great way to de-stress and calm the mind.   Personally, I would like to see labour do something positive for the country, unfortunately under Starmer and Reeves the opposite is true. Change of leadership.is now required, not a general election at this stage but if Starmer and Reeves stay in post then the May local elections will give Reform more power. Now is the time for change and damage limitation , not after May when large number of reform local councillors will be voted in as a protest against this Government.

  More let off last night, early evening. I do not ever recall hearing fireworks on such a regular basis at this time of year. For those walking dogs after dark, this must be of concern.
