Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know that I have two spaces left in my beginners' taster yoga class at 6.45pm tonight at:

Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic:

277 Crystal Palace Road

London SE22 9JH

Please call or text me on 07595 459 895 if you would like to join us. I should be delighted to see you.

The classes run in four week blocks:

Mondays - 6.45pm (all levels - SPACES AVAILABLE); 8.00pm (all levels - ONE SPACE LEFT)

Wednesdays - 6.45pm (all levels - NOW FULL); 8.00pm (beginners - ONE SPACE LEFT - course begins 28/1/15)

?44 to sign up for a 4 week block

?12.50 per class drop-in rate (subject to availability)

Classes start on Monday 26th and Wednesday 28th January, respectively.

These are small, intimate classes which can accommodate a maximum number of six students so there is a lot of scope for individual attention. The class includes a mixture of Vinyasa (flowing and active) and Yin yoga (slower, more meditative) styles, and always includes pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) which is a great way to de-stress and calm the mind. I should be delighted to answer any further queries by PM or on the mobile number above.

Best wishes,

Chrissie

    • Thankfully, it seems that yesterday's "Red vs Blue" school wars thing has turned out to be a hoax/ nonsense/ whatever. (See link below if you managed to avoid this stuff). In years to come, we might found out who - or which countries - has an interest in testing what happens when you post socially disruptive content online about fake events... In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal. Annoying as it must have been to be distracted from other important duties, I really value and appreciate them looking out for the kids. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/school-wars-trend-red-blue-london-police-latest-142328025.html https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/jan/01/birmingham-new-year-fireworks-display-centenary-square-police
