Premises visited at 10.00 yesterday; during working hours. Quote was to be delivered this evening after close of work at 5.30. Apologies were made for not delivering quote at close of business yesterday. Sorry if providing quote within such a short time frame is unacceptable but I am a working man. Sorry this is posted on my partners log in. Many happy customers recommend me on Which Local

Keith Larkin

well this is one customer that is not happy told me a quote would emailed to me the same night but never did, sent 4 messages on the forum but never answered them ,i wanted this work done as quick as possible. so how long does a customer wait. i can't use a service who lies, ie and i quote "Quote was to be delivered this evening after close of work at 5.30"

then he says "Sorry if providing quote within such a short time frame is unacceptable" he was the man who said he would email me,and never did. why say things like that,he could give me a phone number, he could have phoned me, but no he is a working man, just like me and a lot of other members so thats no excuse. shame he lost out a job.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
